We are a small Greek yogurt specialty store located deep in the mountains of Fukagawa City, Hokkaido. ``F'' stands peacefully on Irumu Hill overlooking the Sorachi Plain. F's Greek yogurt is made using the traditional method, in which each yogurt is strained by hand over time.
Originally, yogurt was an essential ingredient in making our own apple pies. It was a yogurt made by my father, who never compromised on the quality of his ingredients.
One day, the representative ate Greek yogurt for the first time when he visited New York, USA. The emotion was so unforgettable that I can't put it into words. Greek Yogurt F was born with the desire to deliver this excitement and experience to as many people as possible.
We hope to be a store that is inherited from our father, transmitted from Fukagawa, and connected to the future.
